I’m stuck in bed after knee surgery. Knowing that I was going to be still for a while, I worked to finish the first 5 panels of the graphic novel that Sean Petrie and I are working on.

I’m having so much fun with this project! I love the effect that pitch-black ink makes on crisp white paper. I’ve displayed the first three panels of the novel.

Fingers crossed that someone loves this as much as I do. I have scanned in the images and will now try to figure out how to color it in photoshop. The color will be minimum. As soon as the panels are finished, I will display what I’ve learned and the final look of the panels. Thanks for viewing!
