GOODBYE 2005

posted in: Uncategorized | 1

I can’t believe I’ve blogged for a year now. Not much has changed over this past year. I’ve received more freelance work then usual. With the extra income I’ve purchased new pots and pans, shoes, shoes, nice bottles of wine and then more shoes.

2006 will be different though; I’ve taking a teaching job. Three days a week I will teach art to K-7th children. I’m excited about this new change, though it will be difficult. I’m used to wearing my PJ’s till noon.

December was a slow month creatively. Parties, kids home from school, Christmas, and a family vacation to Fernie, BC has kept me busy. It has been a wonderful canoodling month full of love, feelings of warmth and gratitude. I’m looking forward to 2006. What it brings it brings.

I’m posting two paintings from the succulent series. These were done months ago but alas, I didn’t make anything this month except cookies.
